In recent years, ACTA has more than doubled its services -- without increasing its membership fees.

Funding for ACTA is provided from membership dues (typically $2 per employee per year) which are matched by PennDOT on a dollar-for-dollar basis.

CATEGORY A:  Employers....$2 per employee ($250 minimum; $5,000 max.)                   

 CATEGORY B:  Hotels or Motels....$2 per unit ($250 minimum; $5,000 max.)

CATEGORY C:  Developers, Building/Property Owners....$1,000 flat rate

CATEGORY D:  Public Agencies/Municipalities....$2,000 flat rate

CATEGORY E:  Trade/Business Associations, Colleges/Universities....$500 flat rate
